Remembrance Sunday – Lest We Forget

posted in: Blaenavon Town, Events | 0

Remembrance Sunday is a very important date in the annual calendar.
It is a time to pay our respects to past and present servicemen and women.

Following its cancellation in 2020, this year’s Remembrance Day Parade in Blaenavon will be going ahead as usual.
The parade will take place on Sunday 14 November from Broad Street car park at 10.30am. The march will begin at 10.45am through the town centre via Ivor Gardens to the Cenotaph for an 11am service.
As is traditional, there will be a minutes silence at 11:00am to honour the fallen.
