Hauntings! Ghosts! Spooks Galore! Dare you go outside the Door?

There are lots of things to do in and around Blaenavon this Halloween season, so why not bring the family and stay for a night or two to make the most of them?

Blaenavon World Heritage Centre and Library will be holding:
‘Make & Take’ craft workshops every day between 11:00am-1:00pm and 1:30pm-4:00pm.
Spooky storytelling from 10:30am-11:00am and 1:00pm-1:30pm.
Follow the clues along the Halloween Challenge Trail.

Blaenavon ironworks will be holding:

Ghostly guided tours of the ironworks and the cottages on 27th & 31st October. (Adults only £10.00 per ticket)
On 31st October there will be a Halloween Trail so beware – you don’t know what’s around the corner!

Big Pit National Mining Museum will be holding:

26th-30th October there will be craft workshops making ‘crafty owls’ and other animal species. (Small charge applies)

Ghost Trains!! Take a ride – if you dare!!

These trains are haunted by unmentionable creatures! They only appear on 30th and 31st October every year and they can be really scary!

Halloween pumpkinTredegar house, Newport will be holding:

Pumpkin carving, batty biscuit making and explore the grounds for the spooky trail – all fiendishly good activities during half term.
